Privacy Policy

Personal information you disclose to us. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register for our Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products, participate in activities in the Services, or otherwise contact us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, contact preferences, billing address, account credentials, and the contents of messages you send us.

Business content you submit. Rebel Assistant and Rebel Blueprint are designed to process information about your business processes, workflows, and strategy. Content you enter or import is stored so the Services can function.

Payment data. If you make a purchase, we may collect data necessary to process your payment, such as your payment instrument number and security code. All payment data is handled and stored by Stripe. You may review Stripe's privacy notice at stripe.com/privacy.

Information automatically collected. We automatically collect certain information when you visit or use the Services, including device and usage data, IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, and information about how and when you use our Services. This is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services and for internal analytics and reporting.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. Specifically, we process personal information to:

• facilitate account creation, authentication, and account management;
• deliver and facilitate delivery of the Services to you;
• respond to your inquiries and offer support;
• send administrative information, updates, and changes to our terms and policies;
• fulfill and manage your orders, payments, and subscriptions;
• request feedback and contact you about your use of the Services;
• protect our Services, including monitoring and preventing fraud;
• identify usage trends and evaluate the effectiveness of our features;
• save or protect an individual's vital interest, such as to prevent harm.

We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason to do so under applicable law. Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time; performance of a contract with you; legitimate interests, such as improving and securing our Services and understanding how they are used; legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests; and vital interests, where processing is necessary to protect someone's safety.

If you are located in Canada, we may process your information with your express or implied consent, or where collection and use without consent is permitted by law — for example, for the detection and prevention of fraud, or where disclosure is required to comply with a subpoena or court order.

We may share your personal information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us and require access to such information to do that work. These include cloud infrastructure and hosting providers, monitoring and observability providers, analytics providers, payment processors (Stripe), and communication tools.

We may also share your personal information in the following situations:

• Business transfers. In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.
• Legal requirements. Where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, judicial proceedings, court orders, or legal process.
• With your consent. We may disclose your personal information for any other purpose with your consent.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some online tracking technologies help us maintain the security of our Services, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions. We also permit third parties to use tracking technologies for analytics purposes. You can usually refuse or remove cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect the availability and functionality of the Services.

Yes. As part of our Services, we offer products and features that use artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies — including automated workflow execution in Rebel Assistant and predictive and analytical modeling in Rebel Blueprint Intelligence.

Our AI products process your input to generate outputs, insights, and recommendations. AI output is provided for informational and operational support purposes and is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on that output. Where third-party model providers are used to deliver a feature, your input may be transmitted to them solely to produce that output, subject to contractual confidentiality obligations.

We keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if that is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process, including encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege service credentials, and continuous infrastructure monitoring. However, despite our safeguards and efforts, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Depending on your location, you may have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, the right to restrict or object to processing, and, where applicable, the right to data portability.

Withdrawing your consent. If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal nor processing conducted in reliance on lawful bases other than consent.

Account information. You may at any time review or change the information in your account or terminate your account by logging into your account settings or contacting us. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases, though we may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our legal terms, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice. California residents may note that certain browsers and Global Privacy Control signals are treated as valid opt-out requests where required by law.

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you, correct inaccuracies, obtain a copy of, or delete your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent to our processing, and to opt out of the processing of your personal information for targeted advertising or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

We have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the preceding twelve months, and we do not process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

Australia and New Zealand. We collect and process your personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. You may request access to and correction of the personal information we hold about you, and you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or the Office of the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner.

Republic of South Africa. You may request access to or correction of the personal information we hold about you by contacting ceo@rebeltechlabs.io, and you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.

Our servers and service providers are located in the United States and other jurisdictions. If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us and our service providers in countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers, including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

The Services may link to third-party websites, online services, or applications, including Google Play, Apple TestFlight, Stripe, and social platforms, which are not affiliated with us and whose content we do not control. We are not responsible for the safety or privacy practices of any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy notice. We strongly advise you to review the privacy notice of every third party you interact with.

Yes. We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy notice, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this privacy notice frequently to stay informed of how we are protecting your information.
